I want to know what's wrong? Why haven't I received your product key! I haven't received your reply email. I paid for your product on February 19, 2020, and 5 days have passed. I have not received the product key or any information.

Do you need me to post my payment voucher? ? ? ?

Just to check, have you looked in your email spam folder, just in case the email ended up there by mistake?

My academic email is [email protected] and i pay for email is [email protected].
Please help me confirm the specific email to which the serial number was sent. And I checked both mailboxes and didn't receive the serial number.
