I have autotext rule: ----------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------- when I try to call them: ----------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------- text is displayed correcly, but when I accept autotext, text is broken : ----------------------------------------------------------
After that, when I try to save file IDE asks me for select "Unicode" in "Advanced Filesave Options".

Umlauts works! But any cyrillic symbol will fail.
You can install Russian language in Windows and add template with few russian characters and then try to reproduce problem. |

i have a win2k test system, but there is no sign of an option to install russian. it looks like i am going to have to set up a winXP test system, it seems to have much better support for other languages. |

No need to, feline, XP doesn't give me the option to show any russian characters. One of my programs is translated into russian, it looks like mbobka's last screenshot:
I have installed ALL language-packs in XP (taking about 250 MB of space here), but I cannot make russian characters show alright within any application.

Open Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options dialog, then switch to Advanced page, and in combobox Select a language to match the language of the non-Unicode programs you want to use choose "Russian". And you will see cyrillic charactes in every non-Unicode application where you before saw "umlauts". |

We do not know in which build this problem will be fixed. The problem and necessary fix is more compex than it might appear. |

No. Problem with Autotext is still present, but similar problem was with tooltips, and it seems fixed. |
