If I have like a class nested template defintion, hence already idented,
cursor is placed at wrong position. 

    template<typename T>[enter]
         |


which should result in:

    template<typename T>[enter]
    |



Again, don't "over-aid" developers w/ cursor placement and auto code additions like the curly-bracket and other things like in http://forum.wholetomato.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4180

VA X doesn't normally indent -- the IDE indents based on your preferences in its options dialog.

Try your example after disabling VA X.
