VS2005

When using the middle-mousebutton scrolling (click and move around) the column indicator line leaves artifacts which are not removed when scrolling is done. The line is also drawn in wrong positions.

Can you catch a screenshot of the artifacts?

The line being drawn in the wrong position when scrolling sideways is a long standing problem. case=53.

i am clicking and releasing the middle mouse button to get the 4 way scrolling "icon" drawn in the middle of the editor. moving the mouse then scrolls me both vertically and horizontally.

when scrolling sideways the indicator column is being redrawn correctly.
however when scrolling vertically the dots merge together to form a solid vertical line.

is this the same as what you are seeing?

Got the screenshot. Feline's description rang a bell with me, and that seems to be what you are seeing (as you said).

Unless there is something else you need on this, I will consider it resolved (pending the fix).
