VS2005, WinXP SP2, Unmanaged C++, VAX 1557
When I set this to zero in the registry, the tooltip keep appearing sometimes.

to reproduce:
After turned off (and started VS again) when you doubleclick on a reference, and then moving the mouse pointer over the next/previous reference quickly, the tooltip will appear once. (Probably irrelevant, but I used find references on a function call)

I hope this will be a high priority fix

I am actually seeing a regression in 1557, making this a high priority fix
