1. Why isn't there any code formatting options like C# has. Is there a way to add that in upcoming versions?
2. I usually have my ide to the right of the screen so I can look at a code from the net or whatever and the intellisense selection is where the cursor is and not like how visual studios' normal intellisense box does.
3. (Bug possible) When I use any of the STL templates like vectors. I never get any intellisense from them.

That FAQ entry should answer you question about code formatting.

For the rest it would be best to post what version of VA X you have and such.

point 2 - are you talking about a tooltip or a listbox?

point 3 - listboxes on std::vector types work for me across multiple IDE's and versions of VA.

I'm using the latest available build. With Visual Studio 2008 RTM Pro. It did it in Visual Studio 2005 also when I had it.
The listbox the scrolling one.

Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing? I do not understand the problem from your description.

If you are not sure about posting a screen shot you can submit the image via the form:

http://www.wholetomato.com/support/contact.asp

including this thread ID or URL in the description, so we can match it up.
