Problem: Both options from Underlines section in "Visual Assist X Options" can only be turned on, not off. I mean when I turn them off they are still there. Only when I close the IDE and reload the project can I see the effect (ie they're gone).

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.

case=18250

For me editing the file after turning off underlining causes the underlining to disappear, without having to restart the IDE.
