VAX 1646, VS2008

foo(int x = 100);
// I change this signature to this:
foo(int x = 101);

// And this:
foo(int x /*= 100*/);
// becomes this:
foo( int x /*= 101*/ );


I hate unwanted spaces! :(

This can be fixed by simply editing the VA Snippet "Refactor Create Implementation" which is used for Change Signature to remove these unwanted spaces.
