This is so annoying!
EnumDisplayMonitors(NULL, NULL, MonitorEnumProc|)

When I type a comma I get this:
EnumDisplayMonitors(NULL, NULL, MONITORENUMPROC,|)

If that is by design, I think you should use the same principle as MS Office: When pressing Ctrl+Z twice (I think), it won't auto-correct this particular identifier during this session!

Do you have

VA Options -> Advanced -> Listboxes -> Selections committed with: Any character not valid in a symbol

turned on?
