The toolbox is the most annoying thing when making a windows form.
If I know I wan't a timer, I just wish the toolbox was searchable so that I could type some letters of a control and I get the control instantly.
If you could add a little search filter to the toolbox, that would be awesome!

Which IDE and programming language are you using?
Approximately how many items do you have in your toolbox? Looking at the C++ toolbox in VS2005 the Dialog Editor section only shows 26 items. I am not sure how much use searching such a short list would really be.

I'm using VS 2005. I'm using projects with many custom controls. And there's a whole set of form controls from
