I know someone has suggested this here before, but it appears that kdevelop guys have implemented it already. It would be a great feature to have =)

Have you tried our new refactoring command "Add Include" ? This does not add a forward declaration, but it does add the #include line. This was added in VA 1715.

No, I didnt see it in the release notes, maybe i missed it.

It is listed, but it is not massively obvious, since there are quite a few release notes
