I found that pressing '*' causes selected text replacement with '*' instead of comment it. Steps to reproduce: 1) make two comments on the line (no spaces between them): /*1*//*2*/ 2) select /*2*/ from right to left and press '*' The effect is /*1*/* and should be /*1*/2 I used VA1738, VC6, VS2005, WinXPSP2
