Currently, there is no way (afaik) to right-click a document tab using the keyboard. Please add such a key!

Ctrl+Menu perhaps?

Which commands are you trying to access? You may be able to bind keyboard shortcuts to the commands directly in the IDE options dialog. There are a lot of commands available to bind.
