Hello. I am evaluating the latest trial version of VSX (10.5.1738.0), with VS 2008 Pro.

The "surrounding comments" displayed in the Tooltip pop-up windows are displaying incorrect fonts (moji-bake) in both the main code view, and the VA Outline.

If I navigate to the file where the function is defined, the problem goes away and the font reads properly.

It seems like an issue related to the parsing. Is it possible that the background parser does not recognize the file as UTF-8 until the file actually becomes active?

It seems like there were some similar issues a while ago, but these were already supposedly fixed, and the bugs show slightly different symptoms than the one I'm experiencing.
