When installing, after the "Toolbars are about to be reset" message box, I happened to have the Task Bar visible, and I swear for just a millisecond, I saw a window with the VS.NET 2002 icon in it. If that's something you're doing, you might want to hide it if possible, 'cause it looks odd to have it just pop up for a second.

The flash is our installer launching a "devenv.exe /setup" command required by VSIP.

You must have a decent system. The flash is more of a thud on our slower systems.
