When scrolling through a (not very complicated) file, every now and again VAX seems to pause before responding to the page up or page down keys. (This goes away if VAX is disabled.) There doesn't seem to be anything in particular that triggers this that I've seen, but I will post again if I work it out...
Previously I was using 1230, which didn't seem to have this behaviour. |

We are unable to reproduce the problem.
If you find a reproducible case, enable logging on the Performance tab of the VA X options dialog and reproduce the problem, then close the IDE. This will create a file "c:\\va.log". Please zip and send to [email protected]. |

I managed to duplicate it, but I note the log file contains project name and symbol names (etc.). Is there any getting around this?
(Annoyingly, I can't duplicate it with any code I've written outside work, but I'll send a log file if it happens.) |

You can just send the timing info from the bottom of the log.
ExitInstance EdDll unloading Tot 50, Agv 50, Max 50, Allocs 0, sz 0, Count 1 FindFilesTimer Tot 50, Agv 50, Max 50, Allocs 0, sz 0, Count 1 FindFilesTimer_Total ... |
