When I switch to full screen mode in VS2003.NET, the VA view starts to behave weird and eventually 'dies' (stops showing anything, stops even repainting, cant be closed). This happens when the VA view is initially set to auto-hide and you switch to full screen, and then hide/unhide the view or dock/undock it. I have to reset the window layout to restore the VA view to working order.
