VS2003.Net - when the selection includes the last line and the file does not end with a empty line, sort selected lines does not work. It does nothing.
After inserting a empty line after the last line, it works again as expected.

If you select any set of lines, yet not select the entire last line of the set, all but the last line are sorted. The last line is left alone. This is by design, since one does not sort half a line. (A rhyme?)

This appears to happen at EOF when your file does not end with a EOL character.

Perhaps all but the last line were sorted for you.

Assuming our assessment is correct, we should probably make an exception at EOF. VA X could auto-add an EOL at EOF.
