The top toolbar containing method and context info of VAX seems to render over the top part of an ASP.NET page in designer view. This is intermittent, but once it happens, you have to close the page and reopen it to view the entire page again. When the page is reopened, the toolbar doesn't display at all, which seems a more correct behaviour.
