Hi all

When i installed VA on my VC++ 7.0 installation (also VC++ 6.0), I get the followin gwhen building the app:

***** Command line warning D4028 : minimal rebuild failure, reverting to normal build

and then an error about the pdb being the incorrect version & I should delete it & try again. Which of course, does not work..

Un-install VA, all works fine & all builds...

Did you try a complete cleaning? I.e., delete the Debug folder, the NCB, APS, CLW, OPT, etc. files, and then do a Rebuild All?

Yep - Cleaned the solution. Deleted those files..
Same error when building: C1051 vc70.idb.

When I uninstall VA, it goes away.....

Our About info shows a value for VA.NET 7.1 if you have a key in the registry for VA.NET 7.1. The field does not tell us what IDE you have. We see that in the DevEnv.exe line.

I did reinstall the IDE, no joy, triend an eariler version of VA:
VA DLL 7.1.0.1106 works fine?

The C++ 7.1 was installed on this system, if there are registry hang-overs from this could this cause a problem?
