Is there a way to save out (and thus reload) your options? Any files scattered about I can copy? I periodically reformat my machine and the less I have to reconfigure the easier it makes my life =) Thanks.

Try dumping the registry branch:

HKCU\\Software\\Whole Tomato\\Visual Assist X

You might need to reenter your key after you reload since our key is not visible in the registry. It won't get dumped.

Uhm... could we implement some sort of "save Settings to file" or something like that?

I think Hypersnap-DX has this feature. You can save all Options/Settings to a small file and load it whenever needed.
This way people could even have several "settings" to choose from...
