After deinstalling VS2003 and installing VS2005, without VAX1248 deinstallation, I can't run VS2005, IDE closes after splash screen without any message. After deinstalling VAX, VS2005 run normally, but shows warning window about problems in VAX. After reinstalling VAX, VS2005 will works normally.

VS2005 is final release of Microsoft's VS2005.
