Suppose you have a file which actually starts with code (maybe #include's). Select the first line of the file by clicking in the margin (I have line numbers turned on). Press slash to comment it. If the commenting works at all (see thread 1352) then it is the second line of the file which gets commented, not the first as requested.

I think that is a VSNet bug because it happens also in custom VSNet IDE macros.

yes, and it can't comment the last line also.
